Responsibilities
- Accurately process and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to warranty transactions.
- Collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and the manufacturer to resolve warranty issues promptly.
- Review and verify warranty claim eligibility to ensure compliance with company and manufacturer policies.
- Provide timely updates and reports on warranty claims status to management.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the warranty department.
- Proven experience in warranty administration or a related automotive service role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CDK dealership management system and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures is highly desirable.
- Ability to pass a pre employment background and drug screen
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000.00 to $70,000.00, paid semi-monthly.
