Responsibilities
- Accurately evaluate the extent of vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
- Collaborate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians to ensure clear communication and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry repair procedures, materials, and standards.
- Utilize estimating software and other tools to produce precise and comprehensive reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and explaining repair processes and costs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Estimator in a related automotive repair estimation role.
- Strong proficiency with automotive estimating software and related technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
