Job Description
The Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the entrepreneurial and small business community served by the Gwinnett Entrepreneur Center. This position helps plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality programming, events, and services for Center Members and the public. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that fosters innovation and business growth.
- Coordinate logistics for all Center programs and events, including registration, setup, technology support, presenter assistance, and follow-up
- Maintain and update the Center’s programming and events calendar
- Assist Members and visiting entrepreneurs by connecting them with resources and services
- Support the Center Manager with scheduling, program development, and execution of member Graduation Plans
- Manage room and equipment reservations; monitor and restock supplies
- Coordinate schedules and support workflows of student interns and volunteers
- Attend community events and represent the Center at business-related functions
- Help schedule and facilitate consulting appointments for aspiring entrepreneurs
- Serve as a public-facing representative during tours, events, and other engagements
- Learn and utilize Center software and operational systems
- This job may require occasional weekends.
The grade for this position is 104. Salary will be dependent on education and experience.
Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration or another related field AND
-
3 years of program coordination experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered.
