Job Description

Essential Duties
- Process and maintain purchasing and payment requests, maintenance agreements, invoices, accounts receivable, and related financial documents.
- Reconcile financial reports with internal records to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain digital financial records, logs, and required forms.
- Perform data entry for purchase orders, journal vouchers, work orders, capital service requests, and invoices.
- Communicate with employees, vendors, and stakeholders regarding payment status and purchasing inquiries.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budget preparation by gathering and compiling financial data.
- Perform duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, handling incoming mail, and scheduling appointments.
- Perform other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or G.E.D.;
- Three years bookkeeping, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience;
- Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
