Responsibilities
- Supervise students during lunch and recess, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Facilitate positive interactions among students, promoting teamwork, respect, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor student behavior and enforce school rules and policies consistently and fairly.
- Assist students with lunch procedures, including helping with food distribution and ensuring a clean eating area.
- Organize and lead recreational activities and games to encourage physical activity and social engagement.
- Communicate effectively with students and staff regarding any concerns or incidents that arise during supervision.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the overall mission of the school and contribute to a positive school culture.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with children preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and staff.
