We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Auto Detail Supervisor to lead our vehicle cleaning and finishing team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the auto detailing department, ensuring that each vehicle meets our high standards for cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily auto detailing activities, including washing, and superior customer service.
- Train and mentor team members on proper detailing techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently according to company quality standards
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail on every vehicle
- Conduct quality inspections to verify that detailing work meets specifications before delivery to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including janitorial and custodial tasks as needed
- Assist with inventory management of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage
Experience
- Proven experience in car wash, auto detailing, or custodial services with a strong understanding of cleaning and finishing techniques
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in an automotive or janitorial setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for occasional vehicle movement or errands
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment, cleaning supplies, and safety protocols in a commercial setting
