- Ready to travel nationwide and work hands-on building steel structures.
- Proud of your craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Lay and fasten metal decking to steel framing
- Perform welding on decking and install shear studs
- Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely
- Maintain tools/equipment so they stay job-ready
- Record time and attendance accurately each day
- Follow OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
- Pitch in with other tasks as needed
- Full-time, hourly position — daytime shift only
- Most projects last 2–3 months; some run longer
- After each project, the crew mobilizes to a new city/state
- Hours may vary with site needs, season, and weather
- Active markets include NM, TX, VA, AZ, SC, GA, MS, AR, FL, MD, and more
- 100% nationwide travel required
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work at heights over 40 feet
- Experience with hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude
- Comfort working outdoors in varying conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification
- Welding Certification
- Aerial Lift Certification
