NOW HIRING: GUEST SEATER
GW Fins is a fine-dining restaurant located in the heart of the French Quarter, open 7 nights a week. We are currently accepting applications for a Guest Seater to join our fun, professional, and hardworking team.
As a Guest Seater, you will be one of the first faces our guests see. You’ll welcome each guest with warmth and enthusiasm, seat them at the appropriate time, and communicate any special requests to their server. You’ll also answer our phones and assist guests with questions about reservations, parking, hours of operation, and our dress policy.
We are a very busy restaurant, and we take pride in working together as a team to create memorable experiences and turn our guests into raving fans. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience using the OpenTable reservation system
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant
- A warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
