Maintenance Position - Big Flats
Part-time position, 10-15 hrs/week plus “on-call” duties as necessary, for a 24-unit apartment complex for elderly/disabled. Requirements: basic aptitude of building repairs including electrical & plumbing; physical ability to perform lawn care & snow removal; and a proven ability to work independently. Good communication skills and confidentiality a must along with a willingness to work with the elderly/disabled. Experience with Fair Housing, ADA regulation, and government regulated rental properties a plus. Reliable transportation & working phone required. Starting pay range 17-19/hr (more possible w/significant relative experience).
