What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with their needs
- Verify insurance information and update patient records
- Coordinate patient communications, reminders, and follow-ups
- Keep the front office organized, efficient, and inviting
- Work closely with providers and team members to ensure exceptional patient care
