The Graduation Manager, under the direction of the Registrar, is responsible for maintaining the daily operational functions of the Records office to include the graduation process and ceremony. Will manage all areas of registration, enrollment, graduation functions, Clearinghouse verifications and administration training. Assist with the National Student Clearinghouse reports. This incumbent will assist the Associate Registrar and the Registrar in all functions of the office. Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills to address all faculty, staff, graduates, students and the general public. The incumbent will handle all website updates to include the college catalog. Will handle training of new staff and other departments as required.
