As the Assistant General Manager you’ll be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, supporting crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and achieving inventory and financial management goals.
What skills & experience do I need to apply?
- Prior experience in a similar AGM or GM position, ideally from within another high volume and fast-paced fast-food company.
- Experience managing a restaurant P&L including controlling metrics such as labor, cost of goods sold, wastage, service times etc.
- A proactive approach to leadership, and a passion for developing your team.
