No professional tour guide license is required. We value local knowledge, communication skills, and a welcoming attitude.
What You'll Do
- Lead private walking tours across Philadelphia (typically 3–8 hours)
- Share stories about the city's history, culture, neighborhoods, and local lifestyle
- Adapt each experience according to guests' interests and pace
- Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and points of interest
- Provide a professional, friendly, and memorable experience for visitors
- Optionally host food-focused experiences for guests interested in local cuisine
Who We're Looking For
- Based in Philadelphia or very familiar with the city
- Fluent Italian is required
- Comfortable interacting with international visitors
- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable walking for several hours
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or guiding is a plus but not required
