Our Lead Installers are paid $30 - $40/hr or piece rate (whichever is higher!)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lead Installer, you’ll be responsible for running clean, efficient installs and setting the standard for quality.

• Installing HVAC equipment to manufacturer specs and company standards
• Designing, fabricating, and installing ductwork and duct fittings
• Receiving, verifying, and loading equipment and materials for each job
• Completing required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintaining a clean company vehicle and job site
• Delivering strong customer service and professionalism on every job
• Working safely, efficiently, and as part of a team
• Remaining flexible with scheduling and assignments as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to multitask and lead by example
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and travel to job sites
• Must supply your own hand and power tools
