This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metairie, LA, for an experienced Mechanic. The Mechanic will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, troubleshooting potential problems, and performing necessary repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of vehicles.
- Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience working with Heavy Equipment and handling its specific repair needs
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Familiarity with tools, diagnostic equipment, and automotive repair practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
- ASE certification or equivalent credentials are a plus
- Prior experience with both foreign and domestic vehicles is highly desirable
