What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer / Rigger position at Guy M Turner?
Seeking dependable individuals for Laborer / Rigger positions. Experience is preferred, but not required. This is a physically demanding role that involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments to support the movement of heavy equipment and machinery.

- Working in both inside and outside environments to provide support in moving heavy equipment and machinery
- Assisting with the setup, rigging, and relocation of industrial equipment
- Operating fork trucks, scissor lifts, and man lifts
- Performing tasks in varied weather conditions and job site environments
- Comfortable working at elevated heights and in confined spaces
- Collaborating with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Must currently hold a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to regularly lift up and carry up to 75 lbs. without assistance and frequently during the work shift
- Ability to work in tight places, climb ladders, scaffolding, and work in a variety of Outdoor conditions
- Familiarity with operating forklifts, aerial lifts, and other job-related equipment (preferred, but not required)
- Must be available for out of town travel to our job sites as needed
- Working schedules may include days, evenings, nights, weekends and some holidays.
