We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Edina, MN or Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Develop and update training materials to support CSS colleagues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives, process improvements, and system implementations. Facilitate and lead training activities by determining the best delivery methods, engaging key stakeholders, and delivering effective training to the CSS team.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,300 to $103,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

- Develop and update training materials to support the education and development of CSS colleagues.
- Collaborate with other departments to support change initiatives, process improvements, and system rollouts.
- Facilitate and lead key training activities, including selecting delivery models and engaging stakeholders for effective training implementation.
- Deliver training sessions to CSS team members, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer.
- Support the manager in team meetings by sharing ideas, knowledge, and solutions while fostering strong working relationships.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance personal knowledge and improve the quality of services provided.
- 5 years of experience leading learning, development, and education initiatives (considered exceptional).
- Solid understanding of insurance industry concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a high-performance team.
- Strong attention to detail and successful management of workload, meeting client and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently promoting and enhancing the Guy Carpenter brand.
- Ability to make sound independent judgments, challenge appropriately with facts, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Solid knowledge of learning styles and expertise in designing and delivering training across multiple modalities; experienced in creating training materials, workflows, and standardizing operational procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of the property & casualty insurance industry, particularly reinsurance, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in risk management, Organizational Management, Business, or Education, along with training in Instructional Design, Project Management, Change Management, or Operations.
- Proficient in Workday and SharePoint administration, with an Articulate 360 license for e-learning development.
