This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. As an Associate II - Transactional Services, you will play a key role in supporting complex reinsurance transactions and client service delivery. You will be part of a collaborative team that drives operational excellence, process improvement, and business growth through innovative solutions and strong client relationships. We will count on you to: Assess and submit client and reinsurer presentation materials, resolving complex questions and securing agreements and payments. Integrate KPIs and system tools to manage transactional processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with SLAs. Lead and participate in team meetings to share knowledge, promote process improvements, and support the evolution of operational models. Develop detailed information for RFPs and sales opportunities to drive business growth. Manage settlement of funds, ensuring contractual payment terms and conditions are met. Implement and support reinsurance audits and reviews, reconciling records to ensure process quality. What you need to have: 4+ years of experience in reinsurance, insurance. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with data management tools and systems. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,700 to $162,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
