Experienced Gutter Installer / Exterior Technician
Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Responsibilities
- Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards
- Perform gutter cleaning and basic gutter repairs
- Measure, cut, and install gutter systems accurately
- Work safely on ladders and around residential properties
- Assist with fascia, soffit, trim, and other exterior projects as needed
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience installing or repairing gutters is preferred
- Experience with fascia, soffit, trim, or exterior carpentry is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifting materials
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
