Door-to-Door Canvassing Rep (Performance Pay) – DFW

• You will work outdoors in residential neighborhoods

• You will approach homeowners face-to-face at their door

• You will hear “no” frequently

• You will be on your feet and moving most of the day

• Your income is 100% performance-based, not hourly or salaried

This role is NOT:

• Not remote

• Not inside sales

• Not appointment setting from a desk

• Not hourly or guaranteed pay

• Not part-time or a side hustle

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods

• Speak with homeowners face-to-face

• Demonstrate the product

• Run full sales presentations

• One-call close or set and close self-appointments

• Represent the company professionally

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable working door-to-door

• Comfortable with commission-based pay

• Coachable, dependable, and self-motivated

• Competitive and goal-oriented

• Strong communication skills

• Able to work outdoors in Texas conditions

• Professional appearance

• Reliable personal transportation

This is a commission-based role.

No hourly wage, salary, or guaranteed income is provided.
