Position Summary:
We are seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our delivery team. This full-time role involves loading a box truck each morning, delivering products to multiple customers, and maintaining professional, safe, and timely service. While most shifts run from 6 AM to 4 PM, drivers should be prepared for extended days (up to 7–8 PM) or occasional overnight trips due to high-volume routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading a non-CDL box truck with customer orders by hand and pallet jack
- Deliver products to multiple locations daily
- Complete and maintain driver logs and basic delivery paperwork
- Communicate with dispatch and customers throughout the route
Required Hard Skills:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must pass MVR)
- Experience operating non-CDL box trucks
- Knowledge of safe loading/unloading procedures
- Proficient in forklift and pallet jack operation
- Understanding of DOT safety, driver logs, and basic traffic regulations
- Able to perform physical labor, including repetitive lifting
