Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, and the ability to communicate financial insights to cross-functional teams. As a member of the finance team, this position supports strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This position works in-office Monday through Thursday.

Essential Functions:
- Analyze financial performance, including cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory, and production efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Support capital expenditure analysis and ROI evaluations.
- Assist in variance analysis and root cause investigation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Participate in ERP system enhancements and data integrity initiatives.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP for financial reporting, budgeting, and transaction analysis desired
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
- Solid understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience using Raven for operational analytics and performance tracking
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA welcome).

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
