Charlotte, NC | Full-time contract | 1099 independent contractor
Earning potential: $150,000 - $300,000 per year; 100% performance-based commission. No base salary

Gutter Tune Up is hiring competitive, disciplined outside sales representatives in Charlotte, NC. Earn through closed sales with pre-qualified, exclusive in-home leads - no cold calling or door knocking required.
Compensation
- 10% base commission on all sales
- 50% profit override on margin above cost
- Monthly volume bonus with no maximum; $4,000 on a $200,000 sales month
- Top performers have earned $30,000 per month on $200,000 in monthly sales volume
- Installations typically happen within one week, supporting faster commission payouts
Responsibilities
- Run up to 3 pre-qualified in-home appointments per day
- Typical appointment start times: around 9 a.m., 1 p.m., and 5 p.m.
- Inspect properties and measure roofs and gutters
- Present solutions and pricing through the company sales system
- Work to close the sale during the appointment
- Submit contracts for installation
Availability Monday through Saturday is required. Appointment timing depends on customer availability and may include evenings. The installation team handles post-sale work.
Qualifications
- Disciplined, highly motivated, competitive, and coachable
- Motivated by goals and commission-based earning potential
- Proven sales results; in-home, commission-based, or high-ticket sales experience is a plus
- Former athletes are welcome; roofing experience is not required
- Comfortable with 100% commission and performance-based earnings
- Able to climb ladders and access roofs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable using an iPad or CRM for contracts
- Professional communication and appearance
- Able to pass a background check
Training includes a classroom week, a ride-along week, and ongoing one-on-one coaching. The hiring process includes a 15-minute phone screen, a Sales Manager interview, offer, and onboarding. Qualified applicants can expect a quick process, with outreach targeted within 24 hours.
