We are seeking a dedicated Gutter Cleaner and Pressure Washer to join our team. This candidate must speak English and have a valid driver's licence. This role involves performing exterior cleaning services, including gutter cleaning and pressure washing of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Clean gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage
- Operate pressure washers to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents during high-pressure washing or working at heights
- Prepare work sites by setting up necessary safety barriers or equipment as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of work areas during and after service completion
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience using a ladder is required
- Experience operating pressure washers and related cleaning equipment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and safety standards is a plus
- Experience working with scissor lifts or other elevated work platforms is advantageous
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
