Hey there! Lednor Home Solutions, a major home improvement company in the US, is looking for a full-time assistant installation & production manager. You will join a fast evolving team dedicated to expanding Lednor Home Solutions core business by working directly with customers to ensure top notch customer satisfaction during any installation or service job, while managing inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. You'll be talking to customers on the phone, texting, and emailing, as well as our crew leaders regarding all logistics around job / service installations. You will also support the Roofing and Production Manager and report into that position.

The job is in our Millersville, MD office. You'll work up to 40 hours a week, with the possibility of overtime. The shifts are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm. Some weekend support may be required from time to time but not typical for this role

You'll get paid between $20 and $25 an hour, with a performance based bonus program based on monthly quotas being hit.
We're seeking a candidate that can demonstrate solid hands on customer care or assistant supervisor experience (3-5 years) in the general construction, roofing or like kind trade industry. Outside experience will be considered.

- 3-5 years of call center/customer service, scheduling, dispatch or lead gen experience via phone.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business, finance, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
