Gutter Builders is looking for a reliable, hard-working Gutter Installers to join our team. If you're comfortable with heights, know your way around basic hand tools, and want consistent work with a solid crew, we'd love to talk!

What We're Looking for

• Valid driver's license
• Basic hand tool experience
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to meet at shop
• Experience preferred, but motivated beginners will be considered

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark areas for gutter installation using blueprints and schematics
• Install gutters, downspouts, and related components according to project specifications
• Ensure proper alignment, slope, and secure fastening of gutter systems
• Cut and shape materials using hand tools and power tools to fit designated areas
• Comfortability on ladders and roofs
• Remove old or damaged gutter systems as needed before installation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Experience with roofing, trim carpentry, or general construction preferred
• Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work at heights safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in construction or related fields who are looking to specialize in gutter installation while expanding their overall skills in the building trades.

Salary is dependent upon experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
