Start work: between 7:15 am – 9:00 am
End work: between 3:45 pm – 5:00 pm
Overtime available: must be approved
10 days of paid time off per year

Job Overview
Guts Racing is the industry leader in manufacturing seat covers. All manufacturing is done in our Diamond Springs facilities. We're looking for folks interested in a dynamic work environment with opportunities to apply their skills at shipping, customer support, screen printing, or manufacturing.

Basic Qualifications
- Basic computer experience (google search, email)
- Lift 49-80 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Push 60 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work at height of 20 feet on ladder
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
- Works under direct supervision
- Knowledge of dirt bikes/off-highway motorcycles (preferred but not required)
Duties & Responsibilities can vary by job responsibilities
- Prep packaging (adhere stickers to clam shell, package bumps, package gas cap covers, etc)
- Pull seat covers from stock/inventory for orders
- Put seat cover/seat foam stock/inventory away
- Package orders
- Assist with inventory management (# of boxes, # of hats, # of t-shirts, # of Velcro, # of stickers, etc)
- Maintain clean workspace (share responsibilities of cleaning office (sweep, trash, break down boxes, etc), clean bathrooms, clean break room)
- Trim and bag seat foam
- Answer phones and assist customers with orders
- Cut and organize material for seamstress to assemble seat covers
- Assist with inventory management
- Organize patterns
- Organize supplies
- Operate mechanical screen printing machine
- Operate band saw
- Operate clam shell cutter
- Other duties as needed (determined by Manager)
