As a Plumbing Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects.
What Are We Looking For?
- Manage all aspects of commercial projects from contract award to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, expenses, change orders, and profit margins.
- Plan and coordinate manpower and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead and develop project teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth; provide regular performance feedback and recognize achievements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through responsive service and clear updates.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve project challenges using sound judgment, data-driven decision-making, and teamwork.
- Promote quality, safety, and adherence to company policies, values, and diversity initiatives while driving continuous improvement.

What Do We Want To See?
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software.
