Opportunity Highlights
- Outpatient only practice
- See acute care patients within the Walk-In Clinic scope of practice
- Provide rotational coverage for Guthrie Now virtual visits
- Practice within a team setting with supportive providers and nursing staff; work closely with the Family Medicine team
- Enjoy extended shifts, rotating weekends, and days off during the week
- Unwavering commitment to our mission of improving health through clinical excellence and compassion; every patient, every time
- Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license
- 2 years of previous experience in primary care, acute care, emergency medicine, or related field
- Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system top 1% of Epic organizations)
- Easy access to Guthrie Specialists
- All locations accredited Patient-Centered Medical Home under the NCQA standards
- Care Coordinators (RN) available at all locations to care for high-risk patients and provide education
- Full benefits including medical, dental ,and disability insurance

- Allowance for licensure fees Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals
- The annual starting salary for this position is $130,000
- CME time and money allowances provided
- Provider mentoring and leadership training opportunities available
- Relocation expenses paid up to $15,000 (subject to applicable taxes)
