Guthrie Cortland Medical Center is offering a $25,000 Sign‑On Bonus for a full‑time Registered Nurse (40 hours/week) joining our Cardiology (Imaging Services) department.

If you’re looking to step away from constant bedside demands while still making a meaningful impact, this role delivers both purpose and balance.

Why This Role & Guthrie?
In Cardiology Imaging, nurses play a critical role in the early detection, monitoring, and management of heart disease. You’ll support patients during procedures such as echocardiograms, stress testing, EKGs, and ambulatory cardiac monitoring — helping ensure both clinical accuracy and a calm, reassuring patient experience.

Our team values collaboration, communication, and patient‑centered care. Nurses are respected clinical partners here, not task‑doers, and the work you do directly influences diagnostic quality and treatment outcomes.

At Guthrie, you’ll find:

  • A collaborative, provider‑led cardiology team
  • Strong clinical leadership and interdisciplinary support
  • A mission‑driven culture grounded in compassion and excellence
