Guthrie Medical Group is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Palliative Care program in Sayre, PA.
Highlights of the Opportunity
- The Palliative Care APP candidate will collaborate with Guthrie interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care of adult patients and families with various types of advanced, chronic and life limiting disease in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Build a fulfilling clinical practice within a collegial environment with supportive administration.
- Standard hours - Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Generous Paid Time Off annually, in addition to holidays and sick time
- Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system, top 1% of Epic organizations).
- Direct access to Guthrie Specialists.
- Care Coordinators (RN) are available at all Guthrie locations to care for high-risk patients and provide education.
- Competitive Salary starting at $125,000.
