Acquired by Guthrie, a not-for-profit, integrated health care system, in early 2024, Guthrie Lourdes joins Guthrie in serving Northeast Pennsylvania and the Southern Tier region of New York with six hospitals and 76 regional offices in a 13-county catchment area. Our team of nearly 1,000 Physicians and Advanced Practitioners provides access and care to more than 2 million patients annually.

- Full-time, outpatient-only practice.
- Practice full spectrum Family Medicine seeing patients from birth to geriatrics.
- Collaborate with peer physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Build a fulfilling clinical practice within a collegial environment with supportive administration.
- Play a key role in contributing to positive patient outcomes and being a part of the Guthrie organization's success.
- J1 & H1B visa eligible.
- Base salary starting at $275,000 annually
- Starting Bonus - $100,000
- Medical school loan repayment - up to $150,000
- Full benefits including medical, dental and disability insurance.
- 403B and 457B retirement options; HSA option
- Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals.
- A $10,000 referral bonus will be paid if a physician is referred for employment and hired full-time.
- Salary range - $275,000-$291,000.
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. traditional schedule.
- Full-time providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time.
