Guthrie Corning Hospital, located in Corning, N.Y., opened a new 65-bed hospital and regional cancer center in 2014. The new facility provides the region with emergency, ICU, labor and delivery, surgical, inpatient and outpatient services, including wound care, cardiology, medical imaging, and cancer care services.

Highlights of the Position
- Opportunity for independent practice, including regional blocks
- Experience a variety of cases, including General Surgery, Trauma, Pediatrics, Ortho, IR, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, GI, and Endoscopy
- Strong supportive environment for new graduates
- 5 state-of-the-art operating rooms plus an ambulatory surgical center with two additional rooms for GI/Endoscopy
- Epic EMR fully integrated throughout Guthrie's network
- Department of Anesthesiology manages OR schedule, providing necessary structure for a smooth and efficient workday
- Schedule flexibility
- No call, holiday, or weekends!
- Collegial team environment
- 256 hours of PTO
- Salary Range: $229K to $270K
- Opportunity for overtime if desired
- $40K starting bonus or $100K student loan repayment
