About The Facility
A 254-bed tertiary care referral center, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA, has received numerous national awards for the high-quality care it provides to patients. The hospital is the region's only Level I Trauma Center, accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, and is served by Guthrie Air, a regional aeromedical helicopter program. Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital offers a full range of diagnostic, medical, and surgical services.

NO CALL – Outpatient cardiology opportunity
Highlights of the Opportunity
- Outpatient-only position
- Traditional Monday-Friday schedule
- NO CALL
- Participate in the management of established cardiology patients at The Guthrie Clinic Sayre Campus
- Low cost of living
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other team members to ensure optimal patient care
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic test interpretation to assist in formulating accurate diagnoses and treatment plans

- Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
- Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match and additional employer contributions annually
- Allowance for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals
- Traditional Monday through Friday schedule
- No call!
- Occasional inpatient rounding one scheduled weekend day every six weeks
- Meeting time – 7 days of CME with options for home study
- CME stipend for conference registration, certifications, membership association fees
- Paid relocation expenses up to $15,000
