Duties

• Prepare a variety of food items efficiently and according to established recipes and safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep tools safely and effectively
• Manage customer orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick service
• Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and give correct change to customers
• Assist customers with their food choices, upsell menu items to enhance sales, and provide friendly service
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following sanitation protocols and food safety guidelines
• Support retail sales transactions by handling customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience during checkout

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales management
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards in food handling areas
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Previous experience in retail or grocery store environments is a plus but not required

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
