Veterinary Receptionist

Guthrie Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with clients and their pets. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, foster trust in the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a full-time position, with a 5/8s, Monday-Friday

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 1 years of client service experience
• Previous veterinary experience is a plus!
• Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Passionate about client relations
  • Self-starter and organized
  • Attentive to details on patient and client records
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Computer, phone, and email experience
