At Gute Laune, we keep things simple: good food, good people, and a good vibe every shift. We’re a lively beerhall kitchen serving up schnitzels, sausages, and all the comfort food you didn’t know you needed—and we’re looking for someone who loves the rhythm of the line, takes pride in their plates, and knows how to hustle with a smile.

Whether you're flipping brats, frying pork to golden perfection, or tossing fresh salads, you’ll play a key role in keeping the party going from behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cooking up tasty, consistent plates that make guests say “damn, that’s good.”
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, and ready—mise en place is your love language
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team that’s got each other’s backs
• Jumping in wherever needed when the rush hits (we’re all in this together)
• Having fun while still taking pride in every dish that leaves your station

What We’re Looking For:

• Some kitchen experience is awesome, but we’ll train a fast learner with the right attitude
• You care about doing things right and doing them well
• You move fast, stay focused, and don’t cut corners (except potatoes—those are fine)
• Team player with a good sense of humor and a strong sense of responsibility
• You show up on time, ready to work, and leave your ego at the door
