Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Take out trash and recycling as needed
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Assist with basic cleaning duties throughout the restaurant
- Help unload and organize deliveries when needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and preparation tasks
- Ensure clean dishes and equipment are available for service at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
