Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fargo, ND. The CSR/Warehouse team member is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support while assisting with order inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Daily responsibilities include managing inventory, processing orders, preparing shipments, assisting customers with product selection, and collaborating with team members to meet company-wide goals.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in Customer Service, including effective communication and resolution of client concerns
- Experience in Customer Support and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience through enthusiasm, professionalism, and solution-oriented behavior
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment
- Basic understanding of HVACR products or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED; additional training in HVACR or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is advantageous but not required
