Responsibilities

• Erect metal buildings with precision, following detailed schematics and technical drawings
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to ensure durable and high-quality structures
• Manage various aspects of construction site operations, including heavy lifting and equipment operation
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution
• Execute framing, drywall, siding, roofing, and trim carpentry tasks with attention to detail
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for masonry, woodworking, plastering, and other trades
• Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and perform basic math calculations for precise cuts and placements
• Coordinate with team members on remodeling and restoration projects to meet project deadlines
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols during heavy equipment operation and construction activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, or related construction fields
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures
• Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, drywall installation, and siding work
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and dimensional measurements
• Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
