Key Responsibilities
- Tire Service: Mount, balance, rotate, and repair passenger and light truck tires safely and efficiently.
- Wheel Alignments: Perform precise two-wheel and four-wheel alignments using shop equipment.
- Suspension Inspection: Check steering and suspension components for wear before performing alignments.
- General Maintenance: Execute oil changes, fluid flushes, battery replacements, and multi-point safety inspections.
- Quality Control: Road-test vehicles to verify correct alignment tracking and smooth tire balance.
Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience mounting/balancing tires and Automotive repair.
- Tools: Must own a baseline set of personal hand tools.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for road testing).
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
Pay: $15.00 - $30.30 per hour
