Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and properly used
- Follow specific cleaning protocols to meet client expectations and safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to management
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Complete cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and efficient service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Reliable transportation is a plus for traveling between job sites
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety protocols is advantageous but not mandatory
