Our innovative facility and growing services offer opportunities to advance your career. We are currently seeking per diem Nursing Care Coordinators (NCCs) for evening shift who will embody the passion and commitment required to deliver the ultimate care for our residents.
3:00pm-11:15pm - will be scheduled a minimum of one weekend per month (Sat. and Sun.) and additional time as needed.
Must be available to attend a minimum of one week of orientation from 8:00am-4:15pm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The Nursing Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating direct nursing services to patients in collaboration with unit staff and also for coordinating nursing personnel services.
- The NCC in this role functions in both a managerial and clinical role and assures adherence to and support of institutional philosophy and policy in nursing practice. Through collaboration with other disciplines and with nursing colleagues on other shifts, the Nursing Care Coordinator promotes continuity of approach in both the managerial and clinical areas.
- Candidate will assume administrative duties, maintain levels of nursing staffing and be responsible for patient care requirements throughout the facility.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York
- Progressive experience in Nursing Administration
- Strong leadership and administrative ability
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
