Resident Care Coordinator (HHA) Sun to Thurs Overnight Shift

We are currently seeking Certified Home Health Aides to work as Resident Care Coordinators full-time on Sunday to Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:15 am overnight shift at our Assisted Living Community.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Certified Home Health Aide
• Will be trained as a Medication Aide during the introductory period and work as a Medication Aide on an as-needed basis.
• Basic First Aide training required.
• One to two years’ prior experience with the geriatric and dementia population preferred.
• Experience providing daily support services such as bathing, dressing and general assistance.
• Previous assisted living or nursing home experience strongly preferred.
