Guru Consulting Services LLC is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to support a municipal digital transformation project for a U.S. government client. The consultant will lead the implementation of a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, working closely with stakeholders to modernize business processes, streamline operations, and deliver an integrated enterprise solution across multiple city departments.

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation from discovery through go-live.

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.

• Configure and customize cloud-based ERP modules.

• Implement workflows for permitting, licensing, inspections, and code enforcement.

• Manage data migration from legacy systems.

• Design and support third-party system integrations.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance.

• Deliver administrator and end-user training.

• Provide post-implementation support and system optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Experience implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Strong knowledge of cloud/SaaS ERP platforms.

• Experience with business process analysis and workflow automation.

• Knowledge of data migration and system integration.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid public-sector project environment.

• Government or municipal ERP implementation experience.

• Permitting and licensing systems knowledge.

• GIS or API integration experience.

• Project management and change management expertise.

• Reporting and analytics/dashboard development.
