Role OverviewWe are looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0-2 years of experience to join our Agile team as a Junior Scrum
Master. The ideal candidate will support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring successful
project delivery. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build practical experience in Agile project management, Scrum
frameworks, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Help the Scrum team follow Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Identify and remove blockers that impact team productivity.
- Track sprint progress and maintain Agile metrics and reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile principles within the team.
- Assist in release planning and sprint execution.
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare meeting notes, sprint reports, and project documentation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.
- Stay updated with the latest Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- 0-2 years of experience or knowledge in Scrum or Agile environments.
- Basic understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
