Role Description

We are looking for a high-level Techno-Functional expert who can dive into the "nitty-

gritty" of our NetSuite environment. You won't just be maintaining the system; you will

be assessing our current architecture, identifying pain points, designing scalable

solutions, and building the roadmap for our CPG and Manufacturing operations.

About You

• Experience: 7 years of NetSuite experience, specifically within the CPG or

Manufacturing sectors (Work Orders, BOMs, assemblies, and inventory logic).

• Certifications: NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or Suite Cloud Developer

(Preferred).

• Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of NetSuite customizations:

SuiteScript (2.0/2.1), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder. You should be

comfortable writing code and building complex workflows.

• The Nitty-Gritty: Advanced mastery of saved searches, custom reports,

workbooks, and custom record browser logic.

• Integration Expert: Proven experience managing and troubleshooting

integrations with SPS Commerce (EDI), Shopify, WMS, 3PLs, and Marketing

platforms (Celigo or Dell Boomi experience is a plus).

• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and

specifically Demand Planning/MRP within a manufacturing context.

• Problem Solver: Ability to work independently, take a vague business problem,

and turn it into a technical functional design document.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment & Roadmap: Work with inhouse IT team for auditing the existing

NetSuite eco-system to identify gaps, risks, and technical debt

• System Architecture: Expertise technical and functional design of enterprise

systems, ensuring NetSuite aligns with EDI, WMS, and eCommerce platforms.

• Hands-on Administration: Proficient in configuration, security roles, and

system settings to ensure peak performance and data integrity.

• Manufacturing Optimization: Refine and optimize manufacturing-specific

processes including BOMs, routing, production reporting, and quality tracking.

• Integration Management: Hands on expertise for troubleshooting integrations

and enhancing data flows between NetSuite and third-party vendors (Shopify,

Amazon, 3PL).

• Reporting & Analytics: Develop advanced dashboards and save searches that

provide real-time visibility into operational and financial KPIs.

• Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation for all

customizations and conduct training sessions to empower power users and in-house IT.
