What You'll Do:
- Manage and update website content and overall digital presence
- Coordinate with external vendors including website developers, designers, and marketing partners
- Support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and communications efforts
- Develop content such as press releases, newsletters, and technical marketing materials
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, R&D, Leadership) to support business initiatives
- Interface with industry associations and publications for PR and advertising opportunities
What You’ll Focus on in Your First 6 Months:
- Transition knowledge and responsibilities from a long-tenured team member
- Develop a strong understanding of Gurtler’s products, services, and industries
- Manage coordination of website and digital communication efforts
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Establish structure and consistency in marketing processes
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing and/or digital communications roles
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong written communication skills (marketing content, press releases, technical writing)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Experience managing external vendors and partners
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools
