- Onboarding & Offboarding: Welcome new hires, complete and maintain critical Form I-9 files, and assist with smooth departure processes.
- Data & Reporting: Take charge of high-accuracy data entry, file maintenance, and pulling key reports.
- Employee Relations: Provide superior, friendly internal customer service to our entire team and assist with the performance review process.
- Detail-Oriented & Trustworthy: You have the sound judgment required to safeguard confidential information.
- Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and pick up new systems quickly.
- A Motivated Multitasker: You manage multiple deadlines calmly under pressure with minimal supervision.
- A Great Communicator: You are professional, courteous, and always bring a positive attitude.
- Qualified: You have strong project management abilities and ideally 2–4 years of HR experience (though we are happy to train the right candidate).
