Gurnick Academy is a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of Nursing, Allied healthcare, and Imaging programs.
We are currently seeking a Campus Registrar for Gurnick Academy Concord, CA Campus. This is a ground position working on Campus.
Job Type: Online, Full-time
Hourly Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Basic Function
The Campus Registrar role is primarily centered around campus and student record compliance, including – all activities related to student records including file contents, transcripts, attendance records and file audits. The Registrar is responsible for the accuracy of data included in all the items described above and serves as the official record keeper of student records for the applicable Gurnick Academy campus. They will also maintain and accurately calculate student population numbers and statistics for regulatory bodies and reporting requirements. The Campus Registrar will work alongside campus leadership, Student Affairs/ Student Services and the Director of Student Affairs.
Registrar’s Office
- Signing of all campus Enrollment Agreements (EAs) and confirmation of collection of enrollment documents
- Communicate enrollment compliance issues to campus and corporate leadership
- Verify eligibility for all graduates at program completion
- Process campus-level completion certificates (i.e., venipuncture)
- Prepare diplomas and/or degrees for the Director of Student Affairs final review
- Process all unofficial transcript requests or official transcript orders for the campus
- Support accreditation, audits, and reporting by providing accurate academic data and documentation
- Develop and communicate registrar policies, procedures, and deadlines to students, faculty, and staff.
- Provide training on registrar policies, including the credit-granting policy, to internal personnel as needed
- Assisting with campus IPEDS and PEP demographic information as needed
- Providing and/or confirming student education verifications
- Other duties as assigned
Campus Administration
- Processing all campus-level student drops (i.e., expulsions, voluntary withdrawals)
- Submission of Cal Grant GPA verifications
- Uploading student archives into GEGI student folders (if applicable)
Requirements
- Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Organizational knowledge or previous work in an educational or healthcare setting
- Registrar experience or support preferred
- Candidates with 5 years of experience can be substituted in place of degree
